Sexual-Offenderman fanfic part 1
It was around here somewhere.
All the facts pointed to it. Ever since they had found out the existence of this new slender they had been doing everything they could to track it, and she had been following their progress adamantly. It wasn't long before patterns had begun to form. Now it was only a matter of knowing what to look for, and its trail became obvious. This new slender obviously wasn't as secretive as the rest, and while this had made it easier to keep tabs on, this hadn't made them any more eager to try and make contact with it, because while they didn't know much about this new slender, they did have its name.

Ellis came to that T-shaped intersection again. Apparently, the path didn't lead to anywhere else and turning back around didn't seem like an option for whatever reason. Granted, it was easier to follow a walkway that's been laid out for you, even though he hadn't a firm idea where it'd end up spitting him out.
He was tempted to continue down the alley stretched before him, but remembered that there was something intriguing in the way he'd taken last time, so he chose left.
The last time? Had he been here before?
. . .
Everything was pretty much the same; foggy, desolate, and creepy as all get out.

Feeling Cold. Nellis - contest.
Ellis pulled his knees to his chest, trying to shield out the cold, every hair on end, his jaw quivering as he shivered.
“This fucking thing…” Nick said angrily as he tried to light the small pile of wood he had collected.
“I-It’s coz the wood is wet,” Ellis said as he wrapped his arms around himself, rubbing his legs in an attempt to create some warmth.
Nick stopped and stood up straight, letting the blocks of flint hang limp in his hand, “I know the fucking wood is wet. It’s wet because it has been raining.”
Ellis’s eyes dropped, “Yah jus’ waistin’ ya’ ener

"Ellis, just do it."
"Naw, I don't wanna get addicted to no such shit!"
A pack of Marlboro 100s was, without any inkling of a doubt, a welcomed surprise. They were shorts, he much preferred the long sticks, but a beggar does not usually hold much choice; Nick had snatched it, not bothering to even pack them before his hand dove to a pocket for the lighter that'd only become useful for molotovs.
"Look," He said, placing another between his lips and letting his tongue slip forward so the tip could tap against the butt, a habit of testing for the right end after having lit a few filters in his teenage days, "addiction isn't instantaneous, and
It started off with an argument. It always did Nick mused to himself as he stood almost nose to nose with the young Georgian. The kid's blue eyes were angrily narrowed and his lips tightly pursed.
'Ya know, Nick, yuh a real pain in'a ass,' spat Ellis. 'Ah got ya outta such a mess an' yet this is wha' ah get?'
A leer crossed Nick's face as he towered over the mechanic, taller not by much yet still heightening his own power. 'Maybe if you weren't such a jackass hick then I would be more grateful,' he shot back. 'All I ever get is your irritating Keith stories and your own stupidity.'
Ellis' face turned a deep red and he sucked

Don't Tell Me If I'm Dying
The static quiet of the hospital was starting to pick and probe at his nerves, the last ones left in his brain under messy, curly chocolate hair and a blue cap that he rarely left the house without. He wound his thumbs around one another, his blue eyes sad and downcast as his thoughts raced by at a mile a minute. His head hurt, his eyes hurt from a lack of sleep and his heart hurt from the silence that the doctors were supplying him with, the entire ordeal so easily avoidable
Or, at least it was in his head.
He couldn't remember a moment in his life that a hospital stay had ever been so tense, other t

“Dinner’s ready, Ellie-Mae.” Called out the young southerner from the bottom of the stairs, a cooking apron hanging from his muscled frame. He glanced over at the wall clock, reading that it had just gone past seven. He cast his gaze lower, observing the shoes that rested by the front door; a pair of yellow child’s shoes with a polka dot bow sewed on the front and his chunky work boots, leaving a significant gap in-between for his older lover’s brogues. It wasn’t uncommon for his partner, Nick, to return home late from work; his gambling career often meant that one last game turned into several more, especi

Stranger - Short Version [Nellis - L4D2]
It seemed that nobody noticed the typically over-hyperactive bundle of fun they called Ellis was unusually quiet. Instead of spewing outlandish tales or singing old country songs quite loudly to himself, he remained still, his pale eyes half hidden by the beak of his trucker cap. He twiddled his thumbs into his coverall pockets, trying to distract himself from his private pain. He hoped one of the others would notice his misery and would comfort him. But the rest of the survivors were preoccupied watching Nick and the young girl that they had rescued a few days prior playing around with one another, flirting shamelessly in the process.
